Returns & Exchanges

At HOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original HOFF branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
